Returns.
Hopefully you will be happy with your order, but if the need arises to return an item please see the following info:
Contact us on hello@household-studio.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your request to return
If your request is confirmed we will advise the returns address
Please return the item unused in the original packaging in a saleable condition, if possible please reuse the original postal packaging
We cannot cover the postal cost of returning an item unless damaged or faulty
Obtain a proof of postage certificate as we cannot refund products damaged or lost
Once received and reviewed an accepted refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt, this can take up to 5 days after the refund is processed to show in your account depending on your bank.
